I was driving home from work with my sister in the car heading south on A1A near the address mentioned (near a Walgreens). I observed an unusual tight cluster of pulsing blue/white lights in the sky; star-like. It was cloudy outside so the light was slightly obscured. I initially believed the light to be an airplane traveling West but then the light switched direction toward the East. After traveling East for a short duration the object stopped in mid-air "hovering" in place. After a short duration the object began to descend straight-down rapidly until it disappeared behind a building (the Walgreens). The descent took approx. 15 seconds. The object appeared to land. Both me and my sister observed the event.
