At first, I thought what an odd firecracker flying way to low down, it was literally only as high up as my Eavestrough on my 2nd story house, but I quickly realized this object was Not fireworks of any type. As I was glancing directly above I saw a light dot start streaking across the sky from nw to se. It was different than any other light I ever saw moving across the sky. It was ot unusual for me to see satellites or falling stars. Next thing I know another light dot in the same area follow across in the same path. Both dots disappeared in same direction. They were nothing I have ever witnessed About 10 seconds later as I was looking to the se I saw the same type of dots come out of different directions and meet up in the se sky. When they came together and paused for a couple of seconds then all disappeared in the se sky. These objects were well organized and the speed at which they came together was something that I have never seen before. They appeared to be well organized. I am now a true believer that something we do not understand or may never understand is out there. The organization of the dots indicates to me that they are not a natural occurrence and unless proven wrong there is more out there than what we could possibly understand. It is something that will stay with me for the rest of my life.

Bill insists these "lines" could not be natural objects -- though why underwater UFOs would need landing strips, he doesnt say. One of the strips seems to "point to" Guantanamo Bay. The team also interviews a Guantanamo Bay Petty Officer who saw strange lights in the water. He was ahead of a group of peers, but had not been drinking; none of his friends saw the lights. The team interviews a USO (Unidentified Submerged Object) "expert" who claims the USOs have force fields and can enter the water without a splash. He also says sources inside NASA and the military have told him the USOs live in a network of tunnels beneath the earth from Cuba to Alaska. He makes many other outrageous claims, too, all of which Bill seems to believe. They also collect the usual type of eyewitness stories. Bill compares these sightings to the Ed Walters Gulf Breeze UFO photos; he mentions that some believe Walters to be a hoaxer, but Gulf Breeze is still the UFO center of the world. (He neglets to mention theres an airforce base right next to Gulf Breeze which probably contributes to slightings of "strange thigns" in the sky.) They next interview an "expert" in the photos, who seems to believe in the photos reality. They then "prove" how difficut the photos would be to fake (while, at the same time, using the well-known "flying hat" photo as an example of how to do a doulbe exposure). A ship captain claims to have seen a UFO bigger than his ship emerging from the water without making any wake. Kevin notes the captain was sleep deprived, and it may have been a sleep-related hallucination.Pat goes out with a shark fisherman who claims to see glowing orbs under the water. Kevin says that these lights are being caused by bioluminscence, and Pat seems to confirm this. Unfortunately, there is no camera in the kayak with Pat. Also unfortunately, his boat gets bumped by sharks, and he goes missing for a while. While Pat was gone, Kevin, the shark guy, claims to have seen a very large glowing object in the water, and not bioluminescence. (Im not convinced he knows anything about science or marine biology.) Too bad Pat missed it. The team tries some experiments to see if they can create an object that can enter the water without splashing, as USOs are reported to do. They use various hydrophillic (having an affinity for water) coatings to try to reduce the splash -- but they only make it worse. Naturally, Bill comes up with a science-fiction way, without any proof, that the UFOs/USOs could do be splashless -- and believes his own line. In the end, we have no new videos, only blurry old (dubious) photos. To answer Kevins question, "How will we find proof?" We wont. At least, not on this show.

The UFO investigators have a hard enough time finding these people, so it makes you wonder how quickly the MIBs locate these individuals, likewise they and know all about their specific cases and details of their personal lives in advance. Are they psychic or telepathic? Or do they have some kind of advance spy technology that allows them to keep an eye on anyone and everyone that inadvertently experience these extracurricular events? Furthermore, if these are simply government agents, is it plausible that they wield such psychic abilities enabling them to zero in on witnesses of these sightings or victims of alien abductions? It just doesn't add up. Clearly, extraterrestrials would possess these advanced abilities, but does that mean that these MIBs are aliens -- or even alien/human hybrids? Let's not discount the equation that psychic abilities are innate in human beings, because I emphatically believe that all humans have psychic potential, but most of us just don't use it as we should. So how could we expect government agents to be this acutely psychic or telepathic? Or as I suggested, they could have advanced spy technology. All of these possibilities are just speculation, and there is no absolute proof one way or the other. Precisely how are victims being harassed by these venomous visitors? There have been reports that these ominous strangers have hypnotic abilities, can read people's minds, can subdue their victim into a tranquil state and convince them to discuss everything about their incident. And then afterwards, when the witnesses snapped out of it, like coming out of a trance, they couldn't figure out why they were so receptive to these dark strangers whom they would normally not even allow into their houses. Other reports have suggested that they can cause hallucinations or enter their victim's dreams. Some reports suggest they have tapped the phone lines of victims and intercepted their mail, and even physically assaulted them or used firearms against them, if not to kill them then to frighten them. Other claims declared that witnesses were captured and taken to mysterious locations where they were bodily threatened and forced to keep silent about their UFO encounter or such phenomena. Alright, folks, are these actual accounts or just wild stories? The lines of fact and fiction are often blurred in these cases. Exactly who or what are these strange dark-suited strangers who stealthily scurrying around at large, harassing eyewitnesses of extraterrestrial phenomena? Where do they come from and what is their origin? We can't be sure that they are completely human, nor do we know whether or not their origin is alien. They could literally be secret agents working for the government, or even for the extraterrestrials. There is the possibility that the extraterrestrials have recruited (if not abducted) specific human beings, those with a certain aptitude and character their mission would require. Although it's possible some could be willing abductees, it would be more likely that they were convinced were brainwashed. Then they would be trained in psychic abilities and other areas of expertise (such as cruel harassment). They would need to have little or no conscience, be able to treat victims as objects and not living beings, and they would have no real feelings, except the feeling of pleasure in frightening and tormenting others. These traits would seem to be necessary, because if they had any misgivings or regrets in the manner in which they treat people, they would obviously make lousy agents and would be washed out very soon. But once they're training is completed, they would be sent back in our midst to do their masters' dirty work. Also they could have been trained in operating alien spy technology. The other possibility is that these ominous Dark Intruders are alien/human hybrids -- which I disbelieve, because it makes me frown horribly into a nasty grimace, probably imitating some nasty alien's face. But let's speculate, and entertain this daring yet ludicrous notion. A typical Man in Black has the best of both world, Earth and Whateverworld (a good enough moniker since we don't know where they come from), so they can act and look and talk human but internally be totally alien. But how would these hybrids come to exist? There have been rumors that women were abducted and artificially inseminated with alien seed. Then she would give birth to a typical hybrid into the world. Perhaps this is how the sinister extraterrestrials create Men in Black, ominous protectors of their alien masters' very presence in this world and all of their secret agendas. Hmmm. Sounds like science fiction. It's quite possible that there is a definite connection between MIBs and the mysterious Majestic 12, sanctioned by the US government of course. This was an ultra top-secret group of scientists and military personnel formed in 1947, by the order of President Harry S. Truman. Its initial task was to investigate the UFO crash near Roswell, New Mexico, or any other UFO and extraterrestrial phenomena for years to come. Although part of their job was to investigate and cover up UFO events, Majestic 12 itself was covered up, since the government denies its existence. Considering an important aspect of their job was to hide the truth about UFOs to the public, it makes a lot of sense that they could have been behind the formation of Men in Black, whose mission was to silence UFO eyewitnesses. So essentially, this would mean that Majestic 12 and the Men in Black are one and the same. But this is just another theory, but pretty plausible, if you ask me. Victims have relayed their descriptions of these mysterious intimidators, many of which are very similar, although there are some inconsistencies. What these sinister strangers have in common are the black suits, black automobiles, arriving in threes, and their aggressiveness and coercive nature. Some of the inconsistencies are that some victims claimed they have racial appearances, such as East Indian or Oriental; some say they speak with foreign accents, and others say their English is plain yet awkward; others report that they appear to have brown or tanned skin, yet others say they have pasty white skin. So, what is really going on here, considering all these varying discrepancies? This could either mean the victims are saying what they want to see, or fabricating what they see, are entirely making their stories up. Or it could mean these Men in Black come from different backgrounds and appear differently to different people. Either way, I believe it's all part of the government cover-up. Also some people have suggested that the MIBs could be "paraphysical" or "interdimensional" beings. Essentially this would simply mean that they come from a totally different dimension from that of our own, and that they travel through a space-time continuum and then step through a mysterious portal into our earthly dimension. But since they drive black Cadillacs and such, they would drive through such a vortex, and there are some quite vague reports that say these vehicles have appeared from nowhere and then just as mysteriously disappeared back into nowhere, or so some victims claimed. BLACK TRIANGLE SIGHTING IN PHOENIX, WASHINGTON ON OCTOBER 22ND 2013 - WAS MAKING LOUD NOISE, LIKE RUMBLING, HUMMING. I LOOKED OUTSIDE AND SAW IT HOVERING AT FIRST. IT HAD VERY BRIGHT WHITE LIGHTS IN THE SHAPE OF TRIANGLE.
I was getting ready for bed when I realized this loud but subtle sound outside. At first I thought it was a train, but then I realized that a train would not be here at 1:30 in the morning. It was a very powerful, rumbling, low, deep tone that I heard. I became interested and wanted to check outside to see what was really making the noise. The area is very foggy with low cloud cover, and has been like this for a few days. I instantly noticed the UFO over the water, right above Titlow Park. It was about level with the horizon, maybe 100-300ft above the ground. I was very amazed to see it because the three lights in the shape of a triangle were very bright. They were white lights, and I was surprised that they were so easily visible. I stared out my window, shocked and excited and scared. This UfO moved from left to right very slowly over a period of ten minutes. From West to North West overall. At first it moved some, then paused for a minute, then it continued it's path. At certain times it would fade into the background because of the fog, but I could still see it, and wanted to see it for as long as it was visible. The triangle shape was not flat, but rather perpendicular to the ground, so that I could see all three lights clearly in a perfect triangle shape. This scared me because it made it seem as if the UFO was watching me during its whole flight path. There were no planes, helicopters or anything nearby. It was very early in the morning after all. The UFO eventually moved toward North West and reached a certain point where I could no longer see it from my window, so I let the whole thing go and no longer pursued it. I could still faintly hear the humming, pulsating noise even after it was out of my view. Since I was somewhat close to it, I'm sure other people could hear the noise even better if they were a few hundred feet closer. The UFO really wasn't that far away from me. I feel so surprised and scared to see this UFO, for I have heard the sound that it makes many times before. I use to think that it was just a train going by, since the train tracks are about one mile from where I am. It scares me to know that it was something much more than a train, and that it was really a UFO making these noises. There was a time, about a week ago when I woke up around 3AM and heard those same noises, but much louder as if they were right outside my window. The sound from the UFO is really one-of-a-kind and I have not heard anything else quiet like it.

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport is preparing for another Minotaur rocket launch down on Wallops Island, Va., the fourth since 2006.
The 70-foot rocket will carry an ORS-1 satellite for the Pentagon. It's designed to provide "multi-spectral" imaging for combatants on the ground. The Space Development and Test Directorate, in concert with the Operationally Responsive Space Office, is marking a major milestone May 20, 2011 as the ORS-1 space vehicle is approved to ship to NASA's Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, Va., for integration with a Minotaur I launch vehicle from El Segundo, Calif.
ORS-1 is the first satellite in the DoD's ORS program designed to support Combatant Command operations as an operational prototype. The payload leverages a SYERS-2 sensor, the primary imaging sensor on the U-2 reconnaissance plane. The ORS-1 payload was built by The Goodrich Corporation, who also served as prime contractor, while the spacecraft bus was built by ATK Spacecraft Systems & Services, Beltsville, Md. It includes an integrated propulsion system as well as other critical subsystems for communications, attitude control, thermal control and command and data handling. ORS-1 will provide crucial battlespace awareness supporting U.S. Central Command.
The launch date remains uncertain, but liftoff should occur sometime this summer.

I witnessed an object kind of just hovering and twisting in the sky, as it made its way North, not at a very fast pace. I was standing facing West when I first saw it. I remember thinking, as I looked up at the sky right before the sighting, that I was just about to witness something, and it happened! Almost as if on command. I could make out that it had some kind of shape to it, as it was reflecting the sun light as it fluttered and twisted in different directions. It then started to turn direction, again, slowly and heading NE. By this point I changed my position and was watching it ascend and then it went behind cloud cover. I should mention this sighting was witnessed by me and 3 other women that were on the street corner of 168th street and 45th drive. One whom is a school crossing guard. Both me and one other person took pics with our cellphone camera. I took a total of 4 photos with my phone. Upon closer inspection of the pics, it was weird because the object isn't in any of the images. It just isn't there. Anywhere. Almost like it didn't want to be photographed. Perhaps some kind of cloaking technology that doesn't allow documentation of its existence? I should also mention that later today in the afternoon, just as I was about to pick up my kid from school, I lost an hour that I cannot account for. I'm not the type to be late for picking up my son, and as I went to sit at the computer to check the weather I realized about 1 hour had passed and it I was beyond late heading out. This happened at about 2:26pm. Not sure if it has anything to do with the UFO I saw earlier. But I can't explain where that one hour went. I don't recall falling asleep. I can't help but wonder if I may have been taken during that lost time. I am very disturbed by this.
