On september 5,2013 were going to monterey from salinas when I noticed a bright light it was to big to be a star then I noticed getting briter and dimmer so then I mentioned it to the other person in the car. When we got to monterey it was still in the same spot which was over monterey bay. The next evening it was out their again we noticed it as we were coming out of the store so we drove to the beach and watched it for about 15 minutes then it moved across the ocean and was closer to us then almost all the lights went out on the object exept for one that made it look like a star then that was gone.
