This is very interesting, however I had no prior knowledge of this. My discovery of the document was independent of this and was resultant from an examination of BLM records to see if the Foster's were ever favored with property rights in the time period after the Roswell crash of July 1947. There are in fact transfers to the Fosters whose details remain unclear in examining BLM online records.And the fact remains that subsurface and rights-of-way development is forbidden on that allotment. This is not a joke or "throw away" line within the BLM document, and the restriction remains in force to this day.This is a public document -available to all to read- so I am entirely uncertain what Mr. Balthaser means by saying that I am implying that there is a "coverup" of the document. Though the significance of the document is open to interpretation, he admits that the BLM sees the site as historically significant, and therefore they wish to preserve its integrity. That is precisely my point. And no matter what Mr. Balthaser is trying to imply, development involving drilling for oil, gas or minerals is forbidden on the allotment- as is the installation of roadways, powerlines or similar land transgressions. This is a binding determination by the federal government, not an insiders's spoof or some individual's offhand remark.Additionally, Mr. Balthaser ignores the greater part of my Foster Ranch article. The fear of even considering conspiracies.

I always laugh inside when I bring up the word conspiracy to a person who secretly has "Conspiraphobia". What world do these people live in? There is nothing to be afraid of it, it's as American as apple pie. America is full of conspiracies.

Every time an ambassador is sent on a "special visit" to another country you can bet your soul that in the back rooms something is going down that resembles a plot.

Every time a senator or congressmen goes on one of these vacation jaunts paid for by some super corporation you can bet in the backroom of that corporation the mover and shaker of that are thinking about how to influence that official i.e.: conspiracy

Of the millions of "Top Secret" documents still classified, how many of them would reveal conspiracies against other countries or our own citizens? The amount of documents still classified top secret, restricted or confidential disproves beyond question the ability of the government to hide conspiracies and secrets. That is why many of them are still secret.

The CIA was born to conspire.

The Tobacco companies conspired for years not only to hide the truth but to influence or silence those who found out and or would publish the truth that tobacco is additive and deadly.

Is conspiring new to our government? I would ask the Native American Indian on that one.

Now we come to UFOs.

Talk about "Conspiraphobia", mention the word conspiracy to a debunker, scientist or the media and they just shake their heads and laugh at you. Laughter sometimes hides fear and believe me they are afraid to death.

There is a great line in the Bela Lugosi film, "Dracula"; Van Helsing says

This goes for conspiracies, also.

In the 1940's, the early days of UFO, even though the Air Force seem to not have a clue what UFO were, they still tried to force the public to withhold reports. They did this through a designed effort of intimidation and ridicule. In 1947 "when a reporter went out to interview someone who had seen a UFO, military intelligence agents had been there first...Many people had been apparently warned not to talk too much."

One of the first heads of the CIA, Rear Admiral- Rosco Hillenkoetter, made public statements regarding ending the UFO secrecy.

Hi there, I just wanted to share my story with you I have never shared it before. I'm not sure what I saw that night, but it sure twisted my brain around.

Every year my family goes to Sandbanks during the first 2 weeks of August. Late one night, my cousin, my sister and I were laying on the beach with a few friends we had met. The sky was clear as clear could be. We were watching, and making shapes out of stars, catching a glance at a falling star every 10 minutes or so. It was getting later and we decided to make our way back. As I sat up I noticed a big bright orange circle in the sky. I was too shocked to say anything. Within 1 second it moved over in a perfect straight line. There was now two. It continued to do this until there were four perfect circles in the sky, with a line connecting them(it looked like the tail of a shooting star). They faded away, and turned a green color. Before I could blink, they were gone. This whole process lasted about 5 seconds. It was out over the water. They were about the size of a dime in the sky. I asked everyone if they saw what I saw, but I'm pretty sure none of them could believe their eyes. I just find this to be strange that this occurred in the exact same place.

Hello again, Yes, it's definitely a strange thing. I mentioned it to my sister who was with me at the time and she remembered! This happened in august 2005. It was pretty close to 1:00am if I can remember correctly. There was no sound at the time of the sighting, it was very quiet.

The objects were going west to east, and connecting them was a faded line. They did not blink, they glowed bright orange and they stayed completely still for a few seconds and faded away. As they faded they turned into a green color, then into the black sky. Due to the fact that it was over the water, I'm wondering if it was someone on a boat? I have never seen anything like this before. I actually contacted you is because I was watching an episode of paranormal state. They went to investigate a property where people reported a giant creature, and UFO sightings. They actually found some neat things out, and there was objects moving all around the sky. Not only that but one of the guys claims he even saw the giant "thing" run into the forest. So that got me thinking, I went to Google and typed Sandbanks + Flashing Lights + UFO and I found your website, along with another story.

It is possible that it could have been flares, but I mean how can you ever know for sure? I'm trying to think of this in a realistic way, but I just cant help but wonder what it was. Maybe it wasn't "aliens" but its definitely an unidentified object. If you hear from anyone else I would appreciate if you would share their story with me. At the moment I would like answers, but will settle for anything! Thanks for your time.
