The Angry Abductee The Last Member Of The Abductee Group

* By now many of you are aware I have been writing about the four real time abductees that I was fortunate enough to spend time with this summer. By real time I am referring to lost time abduction cases that take place when the people being abducted are fully awake. The real time abductions take place while they are going about their daily life when without permission they are taken against their will.

I do not interview or write about abductions that take place in a sleep state or while in a trance or encounters that involve telepathic communications.

My main interest concerns the real time abduction cases.

The four real time abductees I recently spent time with consisted of three women and one man. They ranged in age from 44 to the mid 60's. The four people are from the eastern coastal area of the United States. All of them have had multiple events of lost time abduction spanning over their life time.

I have previously written articles about three of the abductees. This article will be about the last of the four, a woman abductee.

This woman is in her late 50's. She is a typical woman of her age with a family and life similar to many women of her generation. To meet this woman you would not notice anything different about her- not at first glance.

She appears normal in most every way. She has learned how to blend in to a crowd.

She has long blond curly hair that never seems to find a comb, loves her jeans and tee shirts and walks around lost in her own daily routine like everyone else.

You may notice that in public no matter how hot it may be she will be wearing her jeans or long pants. If the heat is extreme you will find her in gauze pants or long flowing sundresses but never shorts. Only those close to her have seen her as she exists. Shorts and swimsuits are reserved for the privacy of her home only.

Her encounters changed at age 13 when she and a group of teens had a clear sighting of a UFO that flew over the town where she lived on Long Island. The year was 1964 and the UFO sighting was seen by others as well as the group of teens who lived in her town.

This sighting was also a abduction case as the group of teens who reported the event had a time loss of three hours that they could not explain.

This woman continued having strange encounters with odd bright colored orbs and strange lost time events her entire life. She considers her life one filled with strangeness she cannot explain.

The events continued until her late 40's. At that point she became determined to stop the events and went about changing her life style making it difficult to be taken.

She avoids the type of situation that makes abduction encounters possible as well as demanding that her abductors leave her alone.

She recalls one event in the early 90's when she found she was alone in a wooded area. She was on her way to join a group of friends and needed to cross a open field to the picnic area where they were waiting for her. As she was going about her business she could feel the strange dizzy sensation coming over her that she knew well and became furious. She threw her belongings on the ground and started to scream out to the empty woods around her

" Enough, enough- You cannot take me, I do not want to be hurt - you have no right to take me, no more- no more. "

She became angry and kept yelling in a rage "no no no ".

Most of the encounters she has endured have all started with her remembering when they begin, and when they end with little recall of the lost time in-between.

She has total recall of clearly seeing the UFO craft when she was a teen and another of watching a large red orb next to her house just above the trees when she was in her 20's.

The other events she has endured she knew were coming as something odd would occur like hearing an odd loud voice talking in a language she could not identify followed by becoming very dizzy. The next thing she would recall would be waking up in a different location sick and frightened.

As far as what took place during her time being taken she has only limited flashes of recall.

From this limited memory she knows that those taking her had a human form but seemed to be wrapped in very tight skin like protective suits that were a white blue gray in color.

She knows that they memory wiped her as she also has many events that occurred around the time of her abductions that were going on in her life wiped as well.

If she had visited her grandmother the day before a incident she would not be able to recall the visit either.

After one particular lost time event she endured at age 18 she seemed to have lost memory of most of her 15th year of life as well. She can clearly remember her life up until hitting the 15 year mark. After that there is a large gap of memory to what took place in her life until about the end of her 15th year.

This has been a ongoing problem following most of her lost time events.

This woman abductee feels very strongly about the direction that has been taken with the subjects concerning the UFO alien agenda.

She is disgusted with the 'free- for- all' surrounding these issues and refuses to join in with those who combine the fantasy crowd with those having real lost time encounters.

She feels angry at the large number of people who spend their time making up ridiculous claims about events that may fill a lonely gap in their life while doing great harm to those who are enduring difficult kidnappings, being harmed and in turn have no place to go to for help because of the fools and frauds who have made this subject a huge joke.

Of all the abductee lost time event people I have talked to this woman is by far the most angry at society and the treatment she has endured due to ignorance, fear and denial concerning this serious subject.

This woman thinks we are completely off base on most of our thinking about the alien UFO subject. She hopes by telling what she and the others have gone through a new spark may ignite in the public to grasp what is real from the fantasy bringing a new light to this subject that is presently lost in darkness.

Her hope is that someday we can replace giggles for answers. She has hope one day those who have had to go it alone and suffer in silence will find compassion and help in place of disrespect and denial concerning what they have had to endure.

This woman feels those who have taken her in the past and who have interfered in her life are alien however she believes they work hand in hand with some fraction of the human race.

This woman feels her government betrayed her and has always known what was going on and why.

(CNN) -- One winter night in 1965, eyewitnesses saw a fireball streak over North America, bank, turn and appear to crash in western Pennsylvania. Then swarms of military personnel combed the area and a tarp-covered flatbed truck rumbled out of the woods.

Now a former White House chief of staff and an international investigative journalist want to know what the Pentagon knows, calling on it to release classified files about that and other incidents involving unidentified flying objects, or UFOs.

"It is time for the government to declassify records that are more than 25 years old and to provide scientists with data that will assist in determining the real nature of this phenomenon," ex-Clinton aide John Podesta said Tuesday.

A Pentagon spokesperson could not be reached for comment regarding the requests for information.

Despite earning little credence, cases of strange aerial phenomena that defy explanation abound -- whether witnessed by thousands of Arizona residents, commercial airline pilots or a U.S. president.

The new initiative is not setting out to prove the existence of aliens. Rather the group wants to legitimize the scientific investigation of unexplained aerial phenomena.

Podesta was one of numerous political and media heavyweights on hand in Washington, D.C., to announce a new group to gain access to secret government records about UFOs.

Specifically, the Coalition for Freedom of Information (CFI) is pressing the Air Force for documents involving Project Moon Dust and Operation Blue Fly, clandestine operations reported to have existed decades ago to investigate UFOs and retrieve objects of unknown origins.

Mysterious case?

One of the most mysterious cases, the Kecksburg, Pennsylvania incident of December 5, 1965, is the first cited in the group's request for records through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Despite an official government story that the object was a meteorite, some eyewitnesses claimed that a military truck took an acorn-shaped object the size of a small car from the rural Pennsylvania crash site to an Air Force base in Ohio.

"We can't come up with a reason why this information is being withheld. The government won't even acknowledge that the incident took place but we know that it did," said Leslie Kean, a California-based freelance reporter who drafted the FOIA request.

In the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s, the government did take the UFO search seriously and top generals considered the pros and cons of informing the U.S. public, Kean said, citing top secret memos.

In 1969, however, the Air Force terminated Project Blue Book, concluding that no reported UFOs were threats to national security.

Paradoxically, Kean notes, the military continues to deny some requests for UFO information by citing national security concerns.

Trying to stamp out ridicule

Backed by the Sci-Fi channel, the CFI hopes to reduce the scientific ridicule factor in this country when the topic is UFOs.

"There's definitely evidence of strange phenomenon in the world. These are well documented," said Kean, who has written for The Nation, the Boston Globe and the International Herald Tribune.

"Most people don't think that there is evidence because they haven't look for it. There's such a little green men mindset in this culture. It's hard to work your way through that."

The CFI director Ed Rothschild also works for Podesta's public relations firm, PodestaMattoon, which is coordinating the new group at the behest of the Sci- Fi channel. He said the initiative was a call for serious investigation, not a publicity stunt for the cable network.

"The Sci-Fi channel has had an interest in [UFOs] for some time. The difference here is that they are focusing attention on the serious, factual side of the issue, and that scientists have not had a chance to thoroughly examine it," Rothschild said.

"Of course it could help programming. But Sci-Fi thought they had some resources they could bring to the table."

Ricky Sorrells just wants answers. And, in light of what he's been through, it doesn't seem to be a lot to ask.

Witnessing an unidentified flying object four times since the beginning of the new year, then having military aircraft whizzing over his land and disrupting his sleep and livestock, followed by a string of mysterious phone calls and in person encounters from individuals demanding he "shut up" about what he saw, and landing unexpectedly in the international spotlight, has taken a toll on the 37-year-old man accustomed to the simple life.

"If you told me a while back that I would be sitting here talking to you about UFOs I would have said, 'No way, not in a million years," Sorrells said. " Now, I know for the rest of my life I'll keep looking to find out what it was."

Sorrells said he is receiving a lot of support from family and friends helping him to keep an eye on things. He said that support has been a great help to him.

"I'm not going to freak out or anything," Sorrells said. "I just think the government should come forward and help us to figure out this thing. I think people should write to their congressman or something."

Sorrells said soon after his Associated Press interview went around the world in mid-January - not only was he allegedly contacted by a Lt. Colonel telling him to keep quiet about what he saw, he was also contacted by a woman named Linda Moulton Howe.

Sorrells said he vaguely remembered listening to her on a radio program years ago while on a road trip and her name clicked with him. It was the only familiar name he knew and she promised to do an investigation so he agreed not to talk to anyone else until she could make the trip from New Mexico. Howe arrived in Dublin last week and stayed with Sorrells and his family to conduct the investigation and left late last week.

"I told her everything I knew and showed her my property," Sorrels said. "After she left, I felt I had honored my commitment with her. Things have settled down a little and I feel free to talk about the experiences I have had. I just didn't want to do anything that would interfere with her investigation because I want the truth."

He said the last time he saw the object he was able to get a video on his camera phone and said he has seen some other "pretty good footage" taken by others.

One night Sorrells said he had four helicopters flying at such low altitude that when a spotlight was shined up at them from Sorrells' pickup he could see the pilot throw his arm up in front of his eyes to block the light. But there has been another strange occurrence recently on his property that leads him to believe the military is involved. It was an unexpected visitor about 1 a.m. who may have left something behind.

"I was in bed asleep," Sorrells said. "I keep my bird dogs on the east side of my house and three others on the west side. The black lab doesn't bark until someone comes across the cattle guard and the Catahoula doesn't bark until she actually sees someone. They were all barking so I got up to see what was going on."

Sorrells said he walked to his bedroom window and looked out to the top of his driveway - he saw someone.

"I went around the bed and grabbed my rifle," Sorrells said.

His family was still sleeping, so with one hand on his gun and one hand on his backdoor knob, he peered through the window of the door to see if he could spot the intruder again.

"He had positioned himself in between the car and the pickup 40 to 50 feet from my back door," Sorrells said. "He stood staring at me rocking back and forth. I didn't think his feet were moving but the next morning when looking at his tracks I could tell they were."

Sorrels said it was cold and misting rain and it was obvious the guy was "dressed for the elements with a heavy parka-like coat."

He said he strained to see if the man carried a gun but could not see one but could clearly see the face of someone he thought to be in his late 20s or early 30s judging from the way he "walked and acted."

"I'm trying to decide whether or not to open the door," Sorrells said. "We're just standing there face to face looking at each other. I'm thinking he's dressed for the elements and the dogs are raising such a ruckus he must know he's in danger of being caught. That's when I realized he wanted me to see him."

Sorrells said the trespasser had positioned himself in such a way he decided he could be vulnerable if opened his door. He thought of his family and then the man slowly turned and walked into the woods.

"He walked through an area where I'd cleared the brush so apparently he'd been there before because he knew where to go," Sorrells said.

Sorrells said shortly after the unwelcome caller disappeared the dogs calmed down and he stayed up the rest of the night to keep watch.

Later, when walking through the woods on his property with Howe, he decided to return to a bare spot where his property line ends at a fence.

"It is washed out there and I like to go there to look for deer and turkey tracks." Sorrells said. He said he's an avid hunter and keeps abreast of the wildlife on his place. He said he had not been to this particular spot in about a month.

"The first thing I saw was a man's footprint," Sorrells said. "Ms. Howe videotaped me putting my foot beside it. The sun was going down and I saw something shiny."

Sorrells said he walked over and picked up a bullet - a shiny new 25-06 Remington - with some dotted tarnished smudges.

"I think the man that I saw that night dropped this bullet and the tarnished spots are from the misting rain that night," Sorrells said. " I just think it was the military showing me they could get to me if they wanted to."

Sorrells said he just doesn't think a hunter poaching on his property would've dropped the bullet. He said he doesn't have trouble with poachers. While he knows there is no way to prove it could have been from the same man it's something he keeps mulling over. Sorrells returned home with the bullet in hand and took it apart to look at the powder to see if he could glean any information at all. A local gun and ammunition authority said there was no way to identify if such a bullet was from a military source.

"Talking about military powder is like talking about military gasoline," he said. "There is no difference."

Meanwhile, Sorrells said he and other witnesses are considering setting up a Web site to encourage people to do what they can to influence government participation in finding out about the curious, sometimes frightening, sightings.

"I've heard that other countries are releasing information on what they know," Sorrells said. "We're thinking of calling it (the site) 'Stephenville Lights.' Too many people have seen something not to try and continue finding out about it. We want to know what it was."

En ese tiempo era conocido como El Vampiro de Moca puesto que algunas de las primeras matanzas ocurrieron en la peque~na ciudad de Moca. Mientras que al principio se sospech'o que las matanzas fueron hechas aleatoriamente por algunos miembros de un culto sat'anico, eventualmente estas matanzas se comenzaron a dar alrededor de la isla, y muchas granjas divulgaron p'erdidas de vida skunk. Las matanzas ten'ian un patr'on en com'un: cada uno de los animales encontrados muertos ten'ian uno o dos agujeros pinchados alrededor de sus cuellos.

Paranormal And Other Normal

In going through the pile of Canadian UFO cases from 2007, I came across several which were detailed compilations of many events. Some were observations of UFOs and lights, some were of "creatures" and "shadowy" beings that unnerved witnesses, and some were classic hauntings. Some UFO witnesses were clearly multi-Fortean, covering all kinds of mysterious phenomena. Basically, if something weird was going to happen, it was going to happen to them.

This crossover between different types of Forteana led me to alter my investigation style and strategy shortly after I first began my studies back in the 1970s. I kept encountering UFO witnesses who also had ghost encounters, or poltergeists, or who dowsed or read tea leaves, or whatever.

Back then, the "nuts-and-bolts" hypothesis of UFOs did not allow for spiritual phenomena, and this was primarily responsible for the rift between American and European ufology. (This exists in some fashion still today.)

But my realization of the link between Forteana quickly made me adjust my style and allow some tangential investigations. This is why my first commercially published book, Unnatural History, covered a wide spectrum of Fortean events in Manitoba, including UFOs, ghosts, sasquatch and lake monsters. I research all these ostensibly disparate phenomena that have been reported in the province, and have amassed a large amount of material. My files cover many cases, and my clippings do as well.

(Actually, I find it rather odd that current paranormal investigation groups haven't tapped into my files, nor the works of Roy Bauer, Jim Nickels, Randy Rostecki, T.G. Hamilton, and others.)

However, with life getting rather busy and family responsibilities upon me, I had to over the years focus more on a single genre within Forteana, namely the UFOs. This is not to say I abandoned my studies into hauntings and paranormal events, simply that I devoted more time in one direction.

This leads me to the point of this particular post: I have renewed my activity on two fronts - media and paranormal investigations. In regard to the former, I have just partnered with Chris Reid (formerly of CJOB radio) to co-host a weekly show on the paranormal on CJUM FM, Wednesday nights beginning June 25. (cjumfm.com)

The second part of this is that completely by happenstance, I learned of a series of hauntings that have been occurring in a certain building in Winnipeg (which I cannot name). I was invited to make inquiries and just this morning had a tour of the building accompanied by two of the witnesses, both professionals in their fields. The case involves not only doors rattling, cupboards opening of their own volition, stairs creaking, and other poltergeist activity, but also spectral images of old women in turn of the century garb, black showy figures, the voices of children laughing and running up and down hallways and also voices saying "Help Me!" in otherwise empty rooms. Our investigations will be continuing, although I am keeping this out of the public eye at the request of the building's tenants.

Oh, and yes, I'm still working on the UFO Survey. I just found about 40 more cases that need entering.
