Comienzo de la leyenda en Puerto Rico

La leyenda del Chupacabras, comenz'o en 1992, cuando los peri'odicos de Puerto Rico, El Vocero y El Nuevo D'ia, comenzaron a divulgar las matanzas de muchos tipos de animales diversos, tales como p'ajaros, caballos, y cabras.

En ese tiempo era conocido como El Vampiro de Moca puesto que algunas de las primeras matanzas ocurrieron en la peque~na ciudad de Moca. Mientras que al principio se sospech'o que las matanzas fueron hechas aleatoriamente por algunos miembros de un culto sat'anico, eventualmente estas matanzas se comenzaron a dar alrededor de la isla, y muchas granjas divulgaron p'erdidas de vida skunk. Las matanzas ten'ian un patr'on en com'un: cada uno de los animales encontrados muertos ten'ian uno o dos agujeros pinchados alrededor de sus cuellos.

Algunos supuestos testigos reportaron avistar una figura peque~na color verde oscuro, alrededor de las 'areas de las matanzas, dando a los reporteros y la polic'ia, la sensaci'on de que los chupacabras pod'ian, en hecho, ser una figura extraterrestre; comenzando de esta forma la ideas inwards de que se tratar'ia de una entidad alien'igena.

En donde m'as auge tuvo este fen'omeno y leyenda fue en M'exico, o al menos en el norte del pa'is, fue en el municipio de El 'Alamo, en el estado de Nuevo Le'on, ya que ah'i se reportaron muchos animales muertos, en su mayor'ia cabras, a supuesta causa del Chupacabras. Incluso en forma sarcastica se le relacionaba con el Ex-Presidente Calos Salinas de Gortari.

There were 4 or 5 lights on each side w/ no apparent front/center light. I then realized the lights were all part of 1 huge object that was moving low, slow & w/out any apparent sound. I jumped off the porch as it went over the house because I couldn't believe what I was seeing and ran into the yard to get a better look. I watched it continue south & out of sight, all in all lasting about 15 seconds time. The whole experience was so vividly clear & w/out a doubt to be a craft that defied any rational explanation. I even called the manager of the TSTC airport which is non commercial facility (where president Bush would land on occasion) ">Report:

(Yes, Im a Trekkie... what gave it away?)

Life forms with a physical being could be Silicon-based, for example, which seems most logical as a Carbon-alternative in the limited minds of humans. They could also be based on Helium or Neptunium, for all we know, or an unknown element that doesnt exist on Earth.

Humans tend to be extremely narrow-minded. Again back to Star Trek, intelligent aliens sometimes tell the Starfleet Officers that it is racist (real racism, since there is only one human race and judging people by skin color is stupid) to call aliens "humanoid". If the Klingons invade Earth and take control, would you want them to call you Klingonoid? My point here is not to reference the best Sci-Fi universe ever, but to point out some things that arent often thought about when concerning aliens.

I offer that as an interesting idea for believers to ponder.

So whether we come into contact with anything like this or not, I am convinced it is out there. I also am convinced there is no guarantee we would recognize them, in fact it is very likely we wouldnt.
