THE ANDROMEDA GALAXY
Many of you over the past two years have asked why I haven't shown aliens. They claim that all I show is their hardware. The answer is not that easy to explain.First of all, there are from 44 to 57 species of aliens on Earth, depending on who you talk to. Some look like us while others look anything but human. Some look like plant life. I don't know of anyone that can show me pictures of all of them walking around the planet.
Second, people around the planet have taken pictures of these aliens. The problem is how do you know if these pictures are real or if they have been taken by people who want to spread misinformation, discrediting the UFO movement?
Third, anyone who has come face to face with these creatures like I have can tell you that seeing these people is very emotional. Can you explain to your family pet the calculation that goes into finding out the volume of a room? That is how it is when an aliens tries to explain technical theories to our best scientists. This gives our best scientists the feeling that they are inferior creators in the Universe.
Fourth, I learned of the alien murder of Todd Sees, 60 miles north of Harrisburg, Pa. just before I saw my first alien. The thought that ran through my mind (and I am not sure they were my thoughts) is the thought that, do they all murder people when they get the chance? A moment of great fear takes over and people like me really don't want to deal with these people.
People have dealt with aliens since before biblical days. This is not anything new. It is new to most of you because the Federal government doesn't want you to know about off worlders. That is why anyone who talks about it is crazy, a con artist, or a hoaxer. They put people in jail for disclosing highly classified information about alien activity. This is why people who have first hand knowledge of aliens talk about it if they are close to death.
Only a few people risk their life and the lives of their families to talk about this activity.

The United States has a history of government agencies existing in secret. The National Security Agency (NSA) was founded in 1952, its existence was hidden until the mid 1960s. Even more secretive is the National Reconnaissance Office, which was founded in 1960 but remained completely concealed for 30 years.
Recent leaks from Edward Snowden, a former intelligence contractor, have shed light on the black budget world. This is a world full of Special Access Programs (SAP) that garnishes trillions of dollars every year to conduct operations the general public knows nothing about(2). These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are better known as 'deep black programs.' A 1997 US Senate report described them as "so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress (3)(1)". One aspect of these 'deep black programs' is the development of deep underground military bases, and they can go up to several miles underneath the surface.
There are also known underground facilities in existence. Take for example, the Swedish underground military facility at Musko. It's a large naval base built underneath a mountain. The hospital alone within this facility holds over 1,000 beds. Musko engineers blasted out 1,500, 000 cubic meters of stone in order to build it (4)(5).
The military utility for underground construction is obvious. I recall years ago studying the matter in the context of American Cold War military strategy. during the 1950s, motivated by a fear of Soviet missiles striking American installations and cities, military planners recognized the value of secure facilities deep underground (1) - Richard Dolan
In 1987 Deputy Director of Engineering and Construction for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Lloyd A. Duscha, gave a speech at an engineering conference entitled "Underground Facilities for Defense - Experience and Lessons." In the first paragraph of his speech he states the following:
After World War II, political and economic factors changed the underground construction picture and caused a renewed interest to "think underground." As a result of this interest, the Corps of Engineers became involved in the design and construction of some very complex and interesting military projects. Although the conference program indicates the topic to be "Underground Facilities for Defense - Experience and Lessons," I must deviate a little because SEVERAL OF THE MOST INTERESTING FACILITIES THAT HAVE BEEN DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED BY THE CORPS ARE CLASSIFIED. He then went into a discussion of the Crops' involvement in the 1960s in the construction of the large and elaborate NORAD base buried deep beneath Cheyenne Mountain, in Colorado. This is just a public statement, but you will not find a more significant public admission of secret, underground bases than this one. People speaking is not the only evidence available, there are actual documents obtained by researchers through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that shed more light on the subject, and clearly outline plans for the contraction of underground facilities(4).
There are documents available which expose a deep underground command center that was to be built far below area's such as Washington, D.C. and China Lake, California during the Cold War. Documents available show that in 1964 the military was considering building a huge underground cavity 4,000 feet deep beneath China Lake (4). It's well known that the United States and the Soviet Union created a vast infrastructure to support a complex of offensive and defensive weapons during the Cold War. This infrastructure included sites and facilities for developing, testing, storing and manufacturing weapons. There was also a host of communication and command centers(7).
The worlds most prominent researcher on Underground Military Facilities (in my opinion) Richard Sauder, Ph.D, told of an interesting story in his book "Hidden In Plain Site (4)" that I'd like to share with you.
"As it happens, after giving a public talk a couple of years ago, I was approached by a man who had been a uniformed member of the United States Navy. We chatted for a while and when he mentioned that he had spent some time at China Lake my ears perked up. I asked him if there was an underground facility at China Lake. He said that indeed there is, and that it is impressively large and deep. I asked him if he had ever been in it, and he said that he had, though not to the deepest levels. I asked him how deep the deepest part extended. He looked at me soberly and said very quietly, "It goes one mile deep." I then asked him what the underground base contains. He replied, "Weapons." I responded, "What sort of weaponry?" And he answered without pausing, "Weapons more powerful than nuclear weapons." (4)
DEEP UNDERGROUND COMMAND CENTER (DUCC)

In this memo McNamara discusses the topic of the National Underground Command Center. The memo was addressed to McGeorge Bundy, Kermit Gordon and Dr. Jerome Wiesner. Bundy was the special assistant for National Security Affairs of President Kennedy. Gordon was the Director of the Bureau of the Budget and Wiesner was Kennedy's science adviser. McNamara stated that they would meet sometime during the end of November, unfortunately Kennedy was dead by then.
A Second memo was issued on the same day concerning a proposed Deep Underground National Command Center that would be approximately 3,500 feet underground Washington. (4) The memo also mentioned elevator shafts below the State Department and White House that would descend to 3,500 feet with high speed, horizontal tunnel transport to the main facility. Remember we are talking about the 1960s, what type of technology would be available for them to complete a project like this?
The reality of Deep Underground Military Bases is extremely fascinating. There is an enormous amount of evidence that proves their existence. Secret military bases used to be labelled in the conspiracy theory category. Not long ago, the Department of Defense officially declassified the existence of Area 51. (8)
There are hundreds of military bases, and underground military bases spread all over the world. Dr Richard Sauder documents this phenomenon well in "Hidden In Plain Sight", among his other works. What I've provided above is not even the tip of the ice berg. In his book he goes on to illustrate the technology behind such developments, under ocean bases, and more. This is a fascinating topic to explore, and the next question to ask is what goes on in underground military facilities?
We know that the military operates at these defense installations, and it's safe to assume that a number of classified projects go in within them. One that seems to be a common occurrence that's related to Deep Underground Military Facilities are UFOs and extraterrestrials.
Best selling British author and researcher, Timothy Good, has written several books dealing with the question of possible extraterrestrial interaction with Earth. Another one that comes to mind is historian and UFO researcher Richard Dolan. Both have hinted to having been privy to some very interesting information in some of their books.
In "After Disclsoure", Dolan shares an experience he had with a politician who was deep underground in a military base.. He was briefed on the extraterrestrial reality and said that ET's and UFOs are just the tip of the ice berg when it comes to information that's concealed from the public.(1)
Timothy Good has been privy to information from a variety of sources, including private ones that discuss a variety of locations around the world for alleged undersea and underground extraterrestrial bases. Abductees and contactees constantly refer to deep underground installations within the Planet. Could the extraterrestrial phenomenon be directly related to Deep Underground Military Facilities?
I've had two personal encounters with Canadian Military Personnel. One of them was a Coast Guard veteran, he personally told me that if I would like to know about extraterrestrials, "come work for us and you can ask them yourself." This is something I'll remember for my entire life. The second one was bizarre, I encountered a senior Canadian Air Force officer, had a short conversation with him and brought up UFOs. He instantly turned around and started walking away from me. About an hour later, in a completely different location, he walked right by me and didn't even look at me, accompanied by two men in suits.

I just wanted to get across that Deep Underground Military Facilities are not a conspiracy. What happens beneath our feet is garnishing trillions of dollars from the black budget for special projects that the majority of the human race knows nothing about.

But now the wealth of highly detailed data imaged from Cassini's ongoing studies of Saturn is paying off for Jupiter: Using pictures of a wave-like pattern detected in Saturn's rings, scientists went back to older Galileo shots of Jupiter's rings and found a wave.
Enter SETI astronomer and Jupiter ring sleuth Mark Showwalter. While everyone knows about Saturn's spectacular ring system, it's often forgotten that Jupiter, Uranus, and Neptune are also encircled by fainter and narrower rings. Each of these systems interacts closely with a family of small, inner moons. Showalter works on some of NASA's highest-profile missions to the outer planets, including Cassini, now orbiting Saturn, and New Horizons, which flew past Jupiter en route to its 2015 encounter with Pluto. He has also searched for the rings of Mars, although so far with no success. Known for his persistence in planetary image analysis, His work on the earlier Voyager mission led to his discovery of Jupiter's faint, outer "gossamer" rings and Saturn's tiny ring-moon, Pan.
"Something funny is going on, as if the tip of the ring is flapping in a breeze," says Showalter. For Saturn, the current theory is that "something" disrupts the rings, briefly titling them out of the equatorial plane, until the planet's gravity snaps the rings back into place. This gravitational action starts a ripple through the rings-which Cassini sees as a pattern of light and dark that changes over time.
When Showalter and colleagues looked at Galileo shots of Jupiter's rings from 1996, they again saw this odd waving pattern. They were able to calculate the length of each oscillation, allowing them to see that the wave moving through the rings must have been started by two separate events: Something disrupted the rings in 1990 and again in 1994.
1994 was the year the pieces of broken comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 smacked into the giant planet, leaving black scars the size of the Pacific Ocean in its atmosphere.
Showalter and his colleague Joe Burns at Cornell University believe the comet impact may also have started a wave in Jupiter's rings. The scientists concluded that the rings could start waving if a massive thing such as the 1992 Shoemaker-Levy 9 swung so close by Jupiter that the planet's gravity ripped the comet apart. The debris then went into a long orbit around Jupiter and eventually hit the planet in 1994, while a diffuse band of smaller chunks passed through the rings, creating a widespread gravitational disturbance that kicked off the wave.
The comet debris would have had enough mass to get such a ripple going, the researchers say, while not being so huge that the pieces simply punctured the rings.
"The rings are catching impacts and even telling us the frequency and size of impacting objects," Burns, a member of the imaging teams for the Cassini, said.

Date: August 11, 2007 Time: Approx: 9:45 p.m.
Saturday night the night of the meteor shower the family decided to stay out in the tent, what a night approx 9:35 I was sitting there as the family was getting the bed made in the tent when I saw any object over Prescott, Ontario slowly fall vertically from the sky until it went behind a house out of view. Right after that the family went to bed and was laying down for just a few minutes when coming from the St. Lawrence at low level again was the similar type solid object on a curved trajectory but towards the house, when out of no where comes 4 airplanes from different directions converging on the area where this object was and the funny thing where the object should have come into view it never did, and when I looked at one of the planes? in binoculars it had the weirdest lights underneath it there was 4 pairs of double white lights situated under it.

The night before my wife and I set out on the porch and watched a lot of strange and many airplane type lights that a few of them was questionable by both my wife and I.

I was out in my backyard on the cell phone when I noticed the object moving west from the direction of Seaside, NJ. I got off the phone so I could video the object because I had seen the same thing on July3, 2010 moving from west to east through an easterly breeze and right through a firework display. This orange/red glowing object appeared as a large paper bag shape that glowed from inside with a bright white light. It moved from east to west at slow speed(about 20MPH)for around a minute before slowly turning to the north. It moved to the north for about another minute before it disappeared in the distance. Approximately a half hour later, the same thing happened, this time as I filmed it, a passenger jet or other plane passed in the distance to the north. This object or objects glowed between dim red and bright yellow from the inside, made no noise, was very steady in the sky even though the video makes it look like the object(s) are tumbling. When I saw this type of object on July 3rd, 2013, my wife was in bed beginning to go into labor with our 2nd child. When I was outside watching the fireworks display when I saw the object. It was in view for long enough for me to wake my wife and ask her to come out for a look. She got up and looked at it and agreed that she was looking at something unusual that looked like a glowing shopping bag or paper chinese lantern.

While at the recent Open Minds UFO conference in Arizona, I was delighted to spend some time with Colin Andrews. He is a crop circle researcher who I respect enormously. I had exchanged a few emails with him in the previous weeks asking if he would be open to doing an audio interview. He said yes, but his schedule was too full to find a date, but we both agreed it will happen at some point in the near future.
At the conference I asked Colin if we could talk, he heartily agreed and we went outside and sat in a small garden area on a bench. I shared a set of experiences of my own while Colin ate his lunch. There were parts of my experience that seemed to resonate strongly with him, and he was a wonderful listener.
As I neared the end of my story, I saw a glimpse of a tiny bug near my mouth, and then I felt it tickling the back of my throat. I turned and coughed towards the tall plants near the bench.
Colin laughed, and in his beautiful English accent he said, "I saw that little fellow go in, it was a mosquito." The tiny tickle remained, but I finished my story as Colin finished his lunch.
Suddenly, Colin looked past me and said, "Well Hello Steven!"
"Dr. Steven Greer"
I turned and looked behind me and saw Dr. Steven Greer approach us, and we both stood up. Dr. Greer had a body guard along side him, decked out in dark sunglasses and a black military looking flack jacket. Dr. Greer and Colin knew each other from a previous set of conferences where they were speakers; they both smiled and shook hands.
Colin said, "Steven, I want you to meet Mike here, we've just been sharing some interesting stories."
I shook his hand and he said, "Hello, I'm Steven Greer."
I replied with a raspy voice, "Yes, I know who you are." At that point I felt that tiny mosquito in my throat position itself so I was absolutely incapable of speech. "I was suddenly struck mute." So, all I could do is stand there in silence as Colin and Dr. Greer exchanged some pleasant small talk.
Now, let me add here that Dr. Greer is on of the very few people in this small pool of researchers that I find extremely challenging. He says things that I find very difficult to believe, and he will make conclusions that I simply find impossible to accept. I worry that his presence is having a negative impact on the direction of the UFO community, such as it is.
But, during the 5 minutes or so that I stood with him in that garden all I could do was listen. The chit-chat between him and Colin was entirely commonplace, and they both seemed genuinely happy to see each other.
Then Dr. Greer said, "Well, I should check into the hotel room." They said their good-byes, and I smiled politely and he and his bodyguard walked away.
As he left, I turned and faced the bushes and coughed. I saw a tiny speck shoot out, and I instantly knew I had liberated that mosquito from my throat. At that point my voice returned.
So, I had met a nemesis of sorts, and the universe had coerced me into silence.
Let me also add that in 2011 both Dr. Greer and Colin had been at a conference together and both of them, for the first time publicly, STOOD ON A STAGE AND SHARED THEIR OWN UFO CONTACT EXPERIENCES. The term abduction might be used here interchangeably. Colin and I spoke about what it meant to speak one's truth, and what it might imply all of humanity. I found this both fascinating and emotional"
