Then the man digressed into talking about how his company was once building some sort experimental aircraft but got involved in a contract war over the bid with ALCOA aluminum and the legal problems put his small company out of business. He also said his father was a CIA agent down in South America years ago. My wife asked him "If they had all these spy drones so long ago, then shouldn't they have known about 9/11 before it happened?" He said "They did know, the Senate has a special plane like the President, and the Senate [leadership?] was taken out a few hours before the 9/11 incident and put on that plane. They were flown to a secure location." My wife said "That means they knew it was coming!" He said "Yes of course - they knew it was coming". My wife's mouth fell open. But she was also a dancer and a singer and not your typical female geek. No she didn't use her sheriff handcuffs on me, so don't ask. I was remanded into her wonderful custody for interrogation. Its all ancient history and it didn't last long. My wife knew all this long before we were married. Not like I was every much of a playboy anyway, always was sort of a one woman at a time guy. We guys aren't supposed to remember things like that, but the older you get, you have to smile at some memories. And the impulsiveness of youth. Actually it was his sister, Ms C., that convinced me UFOs were indeed real in 1989. Ms C. and Mr B were the children of another career Navy man who worked at TRW. Their father worked on Ronald Reagan's Star Wars project, and reported to Generals and Admirals.Very trusted man. At one point something he was working on, nearly killed him, she never knew what it was that harmed him, but he was very sick for months. Never did fully recover. When he retired from TRW, I went with her to South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. First time I ever saw a woman pay 1200 for a dress, she looked like a million bucks. It was for her father's retirement dinner. She adored the man. She adored her brother too. I think it was her love of men in uniform that caused her to volunteer as an LA County Sheriff, where she worked with as regular Sheriff deputy in a regular squad car for 1 dollar a year in pay. Had the Navy been more open to women at that time I am sure she would have been in the Navy, but at that time it was still a man's Navy. Its quite quite an amazing family, she told me once her great grandfather was an Admiral in Czar Nicholas' Imperial Russian Navy. Their family has generations long tradition of Navy service. The family was solidly American in its loyalties, no commies in their family. They hated the Soviet Union and communism.Fox TV, when it first started its own network, ran a very good program on the Roswell UFO incident. She was working at JPL and had just completed tracking down German hacker who created the first ever digital worm launched through ARPANET (now called the Internet). She's a very clever woman. She's probably the most intelligent woman I have ever known. In my eyes at the time (and still) a very credible source. She was bothered by the Fox TV show, as she worked at JPL and nobody told her anything about UFOs. She knew there were magnetic tapes of Mars in the tape vault that she didn't have access to, even as the system administrator of JPL. She asked her dad about it the Fox show, he told her "UFOs are real". And for me, then a Christian fundamentalist, I had some questions I needed answered about my theology. It was the beginning of my awakening. What did a savior mean in a Universe teaming with life? Heck most Christians now think non-Christians on earth are going to hell, how the heck are they going to deal with life on other planets? Can you understand why some might be hostile to the idea of ET life? Can you see why they can only come up with one explanation for ETs, demons! Their range of possibilities is very narrow. Everyone will need patience as they adjust to a new world. Don't hate them, almost all of them are very good people, although some of their leaders are less than honorable. They don't want to change their beliefs. They hold those abstract concepts like precious little children, but they are not children, they are just abstract concepts. Ufo Sighting In New York New York On July 4Th 2013 Two Solid Red Lightsorbs With No Glow Followed By A Helicopter

UFO SIGHTING IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK ON JULY 4TH 2013 - TWO SOLID RED LIGHTS/ORBS WITH NO GLOW FOLLOWED BY A HELICOPTER.

At around 9:30 pm on July 4th, 2013 my family and I were about 2 blocks away from the Hudson river, in a very large crowd of people on the corner of 11th avenue and 50th street waiting for the fireworks that were starting at 9:30 pm. I was with my father's girlfriend and her daughter while my dad was off looking for a better vantage point to see the show. Everyone in the crowd was facing West towards the Hudson. I believe I heard a helicopter flying lower than usual behind us so I turned to look, and I remember tilting my head back quite a bit to get it into view. Above two buildings (I am not sure the exact angle or the building names), two red lights appeared moving from south east to north east followed by a helicopter. The lights had a solid outline but still bright. The lights were larger than any light I had ever seen in the sky before. They almost looked like two red traffic lights however there was absolutely no glow to them unlike if you were to look at a stop light at night. (I have observed airplanes and landing gear lights and radio tower lights in the sky before and all of them have a slight glow to them.) They moved north across the sky and were followed by a helicopter and I noticed that about halfway between my vantage of the buildings, each lights seemed to slow down and get slightly dimmer but remained the same size. I got my father's girlfriend's daughter's attention and she observed the lights as well, and she became nervous that something was going to happen as it was our first time in New York and she had never seen anything like these lights before either. I also noticed that at least two other people had turned around and saw them as well so I know there were other non-related witnesses. They were speaking some sort of Asian language as they pointed up at them. I tried to also get my dad's girlfriend to see the lights but they were gone before I could get her attention. The sighting lasted no longer than 30 seconds as the two lights and helicopter passed over a building to the north east. I didn't think too much more about it at the time as the fireworks began to start over the Hudson to the west. About five to ten minutes later my dad's girlfriend asked me if I had cell service because she was trying to reach my dad. I checked my phone as did her daughter, and none of us had service. I tried calling my dad and my phone would not connect the call. So I started writing a text message to him and pressed send. It took a minute or two but finally I got confirmation that it was sent and all three of us immediately got our service back. At first I did not connect the two events until after the fireworks show, at 10 pm, after meeting back up with my dad, I told him about what I saw and he said that he had lost service for a few minutes as well and he was a few blocks to the south of us. His girlfriend heard my report for the first time as well and asked if we saw a UFO. I told her that I did not know, but that made me remember how many UFO sightings were also reported having interference with electronic equipment and that got me thinking. On our walk back to the hotel, I was almost constantly looking up in the sky trying to get another glimpse of the object for better observation but to no avail. When we got back to our hotel at around 10:30, I got online and looked for any reports of red lights in the sky that night but found none. I made this report because I know that other people saw the same thing that I did and I would like to know what it was as I am very intrigued. I used to be very interested in UFO phenomenon however within the past few years I have somewhat dismissed the fact as being misidentified aircraft of some sort. The way these lights looked, being unlike anything I have seen before, really has captivated me and I am very interested to see other reports or even get an explanation of what it could have been. My dad gave the opinion that the government may have wanted to stop cell phone communication during the firework show as it was creating some very loud explosion noises that echoed through the buildings behind us. After writing this report I am going to go on to Microsoft Paint and make a rough diagram of what I saw.

Once the book is printed, proceeds will be used to undertake the second and final stage of building a patented electromagnetic device from an American physicist that closely mimics the observations people have had of UFOs. Furthermore, through re-testing this patented device, it should prove whether an obscure electromagnetic principle mentioned in a few advanced university physics textbooks known as self-acceleration does occur in reality. If self-acceleration does exist, SUNRISE will succeed in solving the UFO mystery.

Despite lack of government support, SUNRISE has examined multiple UFO reports collected through the years and found something intriguing. A common claim in UFO reports is a string of electromagnetic observations such as glowing effects similar to an electric light bulb, disruption to manmade electrical systems, the smell of ozone, light beams, occupants wearing skin-tight metallic suits with no sharp objects such as belts and fasteners, smooth symmetrical metallic discs for the UFOs, buzzing sounds reminiscent of an electrical generator, symptoms of radiation poisoning and burns suffered by some witnesses, and so on. Some people believe that these phenomena might be due to ball lightning, or some kind of long-running secret military experiment on a new electromagnetic flying object. SUNRISE has looked at these two possibilities, but they are essentially flawed. SUNRISE now believes that the observations are based on a large-scale electrically charged object emitting radiation and leading to rapid exponential acceleration. Furthermore, such an electromagnetic technology has not been the subject of any study by any establishment in the world prior to 1980 despite these electromagnetic UFO observations going much further back in history. The only time we hear of a possible man-made electromagnetic flying experiment to mimic UFO observations is the Cash-Landrum UFO case where black unmarked military U.S. helicopters surrounded and escorted a diamond-shaped glowing UFO in Texas and left the witnesses experiencing symptoms of radiation poisoning. And in more recent reports, some members of the public claim the USAF are allegedly testing electromagnetic symmetrical flying objects with glowing surfaces at night from a top secret testing ground known as Area 51 since the 1990s.

It is not the first time people have noticed a connection between electromagnetism and UFOs. The late Captain Edward J. Ruppelt, former head of Project Blue Book in the United States, noticed between 1952 and 1953 something electromagnetic in the UFO reports. After the 1957 wave of UFO reports had swept through America, he stated:

"During my tenure with Project Blue Book we had reports of radiation and induction fields in connection with UFOs, however the information was sketchy and we were never able to pin it down.... [The reports of electromagnetic disturbances characterized] a whole new dimension to the UFO investigation."

Senior radio engineer who worked for the Department of Transport in Ottawa, Dr. Wilbert Brockhouse Smith (1910-1962) through his government-funded study into UFOs known as Project Magnet, also believed there was a link between UFOs and electromagnetism. During the study he was trying to measure the electromagnetic and gravitational fields of UFOs at the world's first UFO observation station at Shirleys Bay using scientific instruments and managed to discover an anomalous reading on all the instruments of something that flew nearby on a fog-filled day just before funding was suddenly withdrawn.

However, Dr. Edward U. Condon, the American physicist who headed the last major scientific study into UFOs in 1969 concluded:

"Our general conclusion is that nothing has come from the study of UFOs in the past twenty-one years that has added to scientific knowledge. Careful consideration of the record, as it is available to us leads us to conclude that further extensive study of UFOs probably cannot be justified in the expectation that science will be advanced thereby."

SHEFFIELD LAKE, OH (WOIO) - -The U.S. Coast Guard post in Lorain received numerous phone calls last night for a string of flashing red lights out over Lake Erie North of Sheffield Lake.

19 Action News viewers are calling saying it looks like strands of red blinking Christmas lights.

The Coast Guard contacted the Canadian Coast Guard and confirmed with them that they have multiple T.V. and radio towers along their shore directly across Lake Erie from where the lights were seen as well as a windmill farm.

The conditions for people here to see straight across to the Canadian border has to be just perfect, and it appears that is what happened last night.

The Coast Guard said they have had the same thing happen in the past, usually around this time of year.

Lt Col Roy Jack Edwards Threatened By Military To Keep His Mouth Shut About Ufo Encounter

Below is the main part of a story given to Brian Vike of HBCC UFO Research.

My father, a Super Sabre test pilot at Edwards AFB chased an Orange Cigar shaped UFO. In 1955 my deceased (3 years ago) father Lt. Col. Roy Jack Edwards USMC (Ret. USNA Class of '47 - same as Pres. Jimmy Carter) revealed an experience he had as a young test pilot to me just 2 years before he died. He claimed the reason he never shared his UFO chase encounter was the deep fear the military had threatened him, during debriefing upon returning to base, for disobeying direct orders he would lose all his military benefits along with a less than honorable discharge. Let me explain the whole set of circumstances involving his chasing the stationary "Orange Cigar" shaped UFO at an altitude of approx. 6K'. He was stationed at Edwards AFB for a 2 year stint to conduct final testing of the new version Super Sabre fighters and other experimentals. At this time I was only 6 years old.

During a test flight in clear sky conditions when my father initially contacted ground control he sighted a definite large UFO. He was firmly "ordered" to "break away immediately and return to base" with his chase (observation) plane. His observation plane complied. However, my fearless USMC trained mindset father told me that his raw intrepid instincts kicked in, thus, ignored ground control because he knew he probably wouldn't ever get another opportunity to confront a UFO and pursued. So, he made a linear flight towards this stationary positioned cigar shaped orange glowing object and described w/o any surface area indicative as having any source of propulsion which he estimated to be about 2 football fields in length and slightly more than 50 yards in circumference. As he reached a range of about 3-4 miles from the UFO it emitted a single burst of blue light rendering my father to instantly lose his ability to see and disabled his plane's communications equipment. Striped of his sense of vision and communication to ground control he was in a very precarious position to say the least. But he managed to bank his craft to a soft right direction and kept his altitude from dropping by keeping his stick from going forward. He said he considered bailing out but wanted to ride out some time (knowing he had enough fuel) in hope the shock of what ever incurred to him and his plane would be temporary. To his recall, his sight returned in slow blurry stages until he regained full sight acuity in a time frame of about 10-15 minutes. Now capable to see his instruments, horizon and most important recognizing familiar terrain landmarks he tracked his return to Edwards' airfield still w/o communications.

Although my dad was relieved to have survived this unique dangerous experience during his stern debriefing by his CO for disobeying direct orders, he learned 2 unpleasant things. The reason he was ordered to return to base ASAP, he was informed by his CO that the same UFO had caused the deaths of 3 prior test pilots. Back in those days the subject of UFO sightings or encounters were a silent taboo especially among test pilots for fear of losing their hard earned test pilot flight status.

If my father had known of this critical information prior to his UFO encounter, he claimed he wouldn't have pursued the UFO and would've obeyed ground control orders.As a reprimand for disobeying direct orders he permanently lost his status as a test pilot and reassigned to a USNA weapons department teaching position at Annapolis, Md. Additionally, he wasn't allowed to ever fly turbines (jets) in the future.

Eventually, after a few years at the pentagon in Wash. D.C. he petitioned and was permitted to fly choppers (CH 46). PS - I have my father's Military DD214 Discharge records as verification reference. (HBCC UFO Research is in possession of the documents as they were faxed to me on Friday, January 25, 2008).

HBCC UFO Research Note: A Military cover-up, which seems to be nothing new from all the servicemen I have spoken with. From being threatened with loss of pensions, their lives, you name it. These are the stories military personal relate to me. The story above which was related to me by the son of Lt. Col. Roy Jack Edwards is another indication what the military/government will go to, to suppress any information about a UFO sightings brought out into the public domain. It may be folks like Lt. Col. Roy Jack Edwards and his son, and others who are, or who have served in the military who have knowledge of UFO events and can come forward to relate their experiences. There has to be thousands of men and women who have served, or serving in the military who have been told to keep silent over what they saw or else. We will not know about these unusual events unless folks come forward.

Ufo Sighting In Chattanooga Tennessee On December 19Th 2012 Hovering Light

Driving on I-75 north from I-24 east through the mountain pass twenty minutes before the five pecent grade warning signs the light appeared above the mountains off of the highway approximately twenty degrees above from the driver's side left view. There was no sign of a tower for air traffic or anything holding up the light itself, nor was there any flashing to warn any oncoming air traffic. There was no red or blue flashing lights that would indicate that it was a helicoptor or passing plane. It mearly stayed there in a stationary orbit for at least twenty minutes. It was there long enough for several attempts at cell phone pictures being taken by the passenger with me. After seeing the object we thought that it may be a satelite of some kind, but it's elevation to the ground seemed extreamly low. We could not think of what else it could be, hence unknown flying object. We just thought it was odd. we only lost sight of it as we were driving away from it. I have traveled that area many times and that was the first time I had seen anything like this.
