Captain Robert Salas, one of the seven former officers, said, "The U.S. Air Force is lying about the national security implications of unidentified aerial objects at nuclear bases."
He witnessed such an object in person at Malmstrom Air Base in Montana, on March 16, 1967, according to the report. He was on duty when an object came over and hovered directly over the site.
After that, 10 Minuteman nuclear missiles shut down.
The same thing took place at another base a week later. The unidentified object showed a strong interest in the nuclear missiles.
"I personally think they're not from the planet Earth," said Salas.
Another witness Colonel Charles Halt claims to have seen a UFO at RAF Bentwaters near Ipswich in Britain. It is one of the few British nuclear bases to hold nuclear weapons.

It seems the UK man accused of hacking United States government computers in order to recover secret UFO information will not be extradited to the U.S.
Gary McKinnon, 46, of London, was accused of the "biggest military computer hack of all time." McKinnon allegedly hacked U.S. Government computers (a "top secret" naval installation, aka NASA and the Pentagon) in order to obtain classified information about UFOs. And much to the horror of U.S. officials, he managed to succeed, saying it was easy to do.
And ever since then, the United States has attempted to extradite him here in order to stand trial for his alleged crime. But on Tuesday, October 16, 2012, Home Secretary, Theresa May, after much deliberation, officially denied the extradition request.
McKinnon, who is diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome (a mild autistic disorder) and depression is considered by his government to be more of a victim than a terrorist as the accusations made by the US Government would suggest. But it's a matter of opinion.
The US maintains that from the year 2001 to 2002 he deleted critical files from military operating systems which caused the shutdown of a network of 2000 computers for 24 hours. He is also accused of deleting weapons logs, inadvertently stopping munitions supply deliveries for the US Navy's Atlantic Fleet, and copying classified information onto his own computer. All this in the wake of the 9/11 attacks.
The UK Government defends the mild-mannered, mentally-challenged man who maintains he was only looking for secret information about extraterrestrials. But in the process, managed to get what he was after and embarrass the US, telling them in a message, "Your security is crap."
It will now be up to the country's Director of Prosecutions as to whether the man will stand trial in the UK.

"According to several of the accounts provided to me back in '96, the Home Office oversaw the security surrounding a number of secret, underground bunkers located across the south and southwest of England. They were built as fortified havens for senior military and government personnel, in the event of a nuclear strike on the UK by the Soviets during the Cold War. I was advised, however, that deep within two of the bunkers were stored the remains of a number of alien bodies - all preserved in cryogenic states."
