While driving Southbound on HWY 101, witness 2 observed a "star" that appeared out of nowhere in the sky. Witness 2 told witness one about it. Witness 1 kept an eye on the "star". After about 20 minutes of hovering the "star" started to move quickly Northward. Witness 2, the driver of the vehicle, pulled over at the pumpkin center exit of HWY 101. Witness two attempted to take digital video of the object. Several aircraft appeared in the sky with flashing lights. The "star" outpaced them and was travelling above them. It vanished in the North.
