January 20, 2015 - UNITED STATES - John Podesta is an advocate for freedom of information, he has stated that it is time that the book is opened and full disclosure be given on everything, including the existence of Aliens. He has also had to issue an apology for calling Republicans "Killer Cultists"... He is a senior White House aid at the moment, The Wall Street Journal reported that it he may resign and join Hillary Clinton's election campaign.
The Journal reported, "The precise role Mr. Podesta would play in a Clinton campaign is unclear. People familiar with discussions said he likely would be campaign chairman, should she decide to run." Given his social and political leaning he would be an interesting asset for Clinton.
In 2013 he compared congressional republicans the Jonestown cultists who left more than 900 people dead and committed mass suicide in 1978. "They need to focus on executive action given that they are facing a second term against a cult worthy of Jonestown in charge of one of the houses of Congress." Podesta said of the president's administration in an interview. Naturally the Republicans were very, very angry and Podesta eventually apologized on Twitter.
A new petitions created by Steve Bassett is to make the US government reveal the full extent of its knowledge in relations to UFO's and Aliens.
The most interesting aspect of Podesta is his belief that the governments knowledge of extraterrestrial's should be released to the public, if they have any proof. In 2002 he spoke at a press conference asking the US government to declassify any UFO records. He also wrote the foreword to the 2010 book "UFOs: Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials Go on the Record."
